Even throug we don't get to see Chan and Hyunjin together much it's clear how much they love and care for each other. They obviously love all the members but I love how Channie has this soft spot for Hyunjin (especially now when they live together) and Hyunjin (being deep thinker he is) can appreciate both Chan's affection and past harsh words and actions as a part of the things that made him the person he is now. Just like Seungmin said I also feel like together they become milder an less chaotic. Maybe that's why their duo is underrated. They're not loud like hyunsung or changjin nor sweet like hyunlix or hyunin but there's something calming and comforting in the way they communicate with each other. You can feel the deep understanding they share. I can't wait for Hyunnie to guest on Channie's room to see them talking about their projects! Bang Chan really is their protector. And I think Hyunjin just hits a specific soft spot for him that just makes Chan want to take care of him and love him with all his heart, he just pours out everything he has with skinship specifically. It is very adorable to watch and heartwarming to know that they truly care so deeply for each other. While Hyunjin is overall on the more calmer side sometimes, key note: sometimes, he gets really childish and mischievous with Chan. Like, he just knows he can bother Chan and is allowed to without getting a sharp reaction, and he just loves that sort of attention. He may cower a bit when Chan gets all clingy and touchy and tries to fight it off sometimes but in the end, he surrenders to that at some point. I think these two just know they can bother each other and just know they're allowed to. This requires quite some trust and a close relationship to do this and when you know someone from the inside out. I give them my respect. Chan just wants to do things for Hyunjin, he wants to be there for him, and Hyunjin knows he is there for him and just knows he can talk to Chan whenever and confine with him. I like how they called it teacher-student in the beginning, but it really developed into something more deep-going than that, something I cannot quite pin-point yet. It's a special relationship with just a whole load of trust. You can see these two love and care for each other in their own way. It's absolutely beautiful.

I thought about that a lot. I know in kpop years he was kinda on the older side but Chan was only internationally NINETEEN YEARS OLD when he became a leader. A person who barely became a legal adult was suddenly in charge of caring for a bunch of teen boys while in an extremely stressful situation and being watched like a hawk. You barely know who you are or what you’re doing and yet you are expected to be an exemplary leader while trying to protect other kids and project confidence you don’t have whole actually being scared out of your mind. And this was after years of being a trainee, sometimes the only one. I remember Chan cried when he mentioned how JYP staff told him they felt so sorry for a kid so young to go through all that and how he had to numb his emotions to survive. He was forced to mature at such an early age and it hurts my heart that he never had normal teen years but I’m also immensely proud of him. Reminds me a lot of Onew in SHINee - a kid leading kids indeed. He’s still very very young in his mid twenties, so let’s all keep babying him a bit.

You can really see how comfortable everyone is with Chan during these 2 kids rooms. You can just tell he's so happy to be where he is with this group of people. He is everyone's biggest cheerleader while also being ther to listen when they need to talk. This is such an underrated duo who I hope we get to see more of.

As a 2 month old baby stay, i always look forward to 2 kids room because i got to know how they are personally. I'm still on the stage of getting to know them individually and i'm so glad that i can see what kind of person they are. Honestly i became a stay not because i came across their music but it just happened that i saw a clip on tiktok and saw how close they are and how they treat eo so adoringly and how playful and honest they are with each other and that's the start of my interest in them. Now i fell in love with them even more because of their music and how crazingly talented these kids are. I hope that they can make music for a very long time because i know that what makes them happy.
