Han's absolute ability to empathize with everything he sees and hears is truly an impeccable quality. The way he can grasp the inspiration and make it beautifully his is something found so RARE. The way he puts himself into others shoes and writes songs that are so heartbreakingly beautiful is so fucking admirable. STAYS are SO lucky to know about the existence of this man who is no less than a gem.

Han often draws inspiration from movies and anime. He wrote this song after watching the show 'EXchange'. It's about Dongjin and Dahye, a couple from the show. Dongjin and Dahye met when they were trainee. However, their relationship was discovered by the company, and they were given an ultimatum: either end the relationship or one of them must leave the company. Dongjin gave up his dream for Dahye and left the company. They dated for 13 years but eventually broke up. In the episodes, the couple discussed their feelings during their dates and after the breakup. These lines were reflected in the lyrics of the song. I am moved by this song about love, self-sacrifice, and the absence of anything eternal in our lives. There is a line in the text that translates to "The day when the mist filled the air". I really like it. Han wrote it while observing a couple meeting on the beach, immersing himself in the atmosphere. I admire Han's ability to create such profound songs

No, you guys don't understand, Han literally gives us a new genre, a new voice, a new story again and again. He's a real rarity, both in talent and in the way he creates and thinks. He never stands in one place and what's amazing is how his voice sounds completely different in each genre. If I didn't know it was Han, I wouldn't have thought of him, not only because of the style of the song, but also because of the voice. Just let a person who doesn't know Han listen to all of his songs and they won't believe it's ONE MAN. HE'S INCREDIBLE. Thank you Hannie for another awesome high quality song. The soft huskiness of Han's voice here is perfect for the vibe of the song. The ending high notes in chest voice is something i see him doing for a while now and i think it's paying off. The soft way of releasing the last few notes instead of doing falsetto is beautiful. It's making his voice more mature in a technical sense.

There’s something incredible and unique about Han’s melodies, it sticks with me in just one listen, and somehow I’m able to intuitively pick up on it almost instantly. It’s so weird cause it’s as if he’s cracked a code.And no matter what style he chooses, this quality is always there. It’s crazy, he’s the personification of musicality. When I listen to Han’s solo songs, I don’t feel like I’m just listening to a song. He has this way of making his songs feel otherworldly, like I’ve stepped into someone else’s life, their experiences, their feelings. For the length of a song, I feel like I can see the world from the perspective of someone else and feel the weight of their emotions. No other songs have made me feel this way, and I think that’s so beautiful. He has a way with words that no one else has and he truly has a talent that I’ve never seen before. I love you Jisung. I think Han is about to become my bias wrecker! Honestly, he truly embodies the definition of an ace. His vocals are out of this world! Despite the ease with which he talks about songwriting, it is not an easy process and takes not only a lot of time but also mental strength. Sometimes you have to go through the most difficult feelings in order to tell about it in a song. Han has a very sensual mind, his heart captures nuances and details. I like the way his voice floats like waves and the music echoes him. Very beautiful. I was especially surprised that he does not tear the air but breathes and fills everything around him. 13 was based on a couple of the third season of Transit Love. Dahye and Dongjin dated for 13 years (hence the song name) and the song is written on Dongjin’s POV. They both gave up being idol trainees to be with eachother. Han really outdoes himself every time, this song is so amazing.

Yes just want to add. They were caught dating and the company spoke to each one separately. Not knowing of the other's decison, they each volunteered to leave the company as trainees thinking that would mean the other could stay. Dahye joined another company and was in a gg.
