you dont have to see it as a bad thing. everyone at some point has to go on a diet to stay healthy and in shape. what matters is whether he’s eating 3 full meals a day.

For anyone curious about I.N.'s gym routine, it looks like he's doing a full body pull routine after his cardio. He hits both upper and lower body pull muscles in one session starting off with a compound exercise targeting multiple muscle groups and then an isolation exercise targeting a single muscle group. For his upper body pull, his compound exercise is pull ups, which works his back, his biceps, and his core. Then he does lat pushdowns, which target his back specifically. For his lower body pull, he does Romanian deadlifts, which works his posterior chain, i.e. his glutes, hamstrings, and his core. Then he does leg curls, which targets his hamstrings specifically. Based on this routine, I.N. likely has a two-day exercise routine. His other day would be a full body push routine where he would work his chest, his triceps, and his quads. It's a somewhat unusual routine, normally people do push-pull-legs over three days. But I.N.'s version takes a three-day split, which would be hard to keep up with due to their hectic schedule, and condenses it to two days, which would be much easier to keep up with. The inclusion of compound exercises also reduces the number of different exercises needed per session. It's an efficient and thoughtful workout schedule. I wonder if a trainer put it together for him, or if Changbin did.

I do hate when they say they are in diets because none of them ever need to be on a diet and for what they do they need to feed their bodies well. However the meal he described in the morning was really good.

this vlog format was very cozy. At the moment when the fans met and saw you off, I even cried. Throughout the video, I felt like I was seeing everything with my own eyes. It also happened that I had a warm color turned on when I was looking after it, and this made the atmosphere even bigger. Have a nice vacation, I.N. I hope someday you will come to Russia and I will be able to see you with my own eyes. So far, I can only observe a mountain of snow and tolerate winter temperatures below -41°.
