He sounded amazing and his vocal runs, control, and stability are all top tier. It really is a shame that he downplays his talent so much. Very few people truly understand just how much of an Ace he actually is cuz he chooses to let his members be in the spotlight and gain the recognition instead. I hope when the time comes and in the future when they eventually start doing some solo projects, that he does some R&B type songs cuz his voice, range, and vocal acrobatics were made for them. He deserves to showcase to the world just how truly talented he actually is and what we see/what he allows us to see so far, is just the tip of the iceberg.

Yeah! Channie is truly the all-rounder! people should give him more credit for not just producing: he put the group together, he dances, he sings, he rapps, he writes, he has to lead all 7 kids, he arranges songs/produces, has to be present and perform in an array of shows, etc! 🏃🏻♂️ You can't but admire the guy! He's the 👑 and a genius. He deserves all the success that has been coming his way, plus he is so humble, a sweetheart with an infectious laugh, he's so nice and soooo hot! 🥵🔥 Love him! 💘

皆んな上手いんだけど、やっぱりスンミンが別格すぎる・・。技術があるから掠れた声とかか細くてもよく通る声色が出せるんだよね。曲によって歌いわけしていてすごい。 Everyone is amazing, but Seungmin is just on another level. His technique allows him to produce a raspy or delicate yet resonant tone. It's incredible how he adjusts his singing style depending on the song.

@lawrah369 sure! It's around 1:18 at the tail end of "lungs". Vibrato kind of gives a flutter effect to the notes. Not just everyone can do it so evenly. Lee Know did a great job with it here though. If you want to hear a beautiful vibrato, listen to Winter Falls! My all time. favorite line for Seungmin sings his part during the second verse. It's so delicate and beautiful!

I don't think I'll ever get over Changbin's sound duality when singing vs rapping ever but Seungmin's adlibs are so addicting too 😭💕 I love the outro of this song so much aaaaaaaaaaa Edit: I didn't expect this comment to blow up but all of them did very well! There's just very few clips of Changbin singing out there and I've always loved how he could pull off both so well but so differently too, which makes those few seconds just hit me different 🥹 I only mentioned Seungmin's adlib coz I thought he was the one doing adlibs since the last chorus until the end while Chan is the one mainly singing the lyrics 😅 But it was actually the other way around in post-chorus sorry asdfghjk Needless to say, despite their "original positions", OT8 have amazing vocals and this song showcased them!

Seungmin's voice and heart jumps out of his chest, his breath catches in tears like a stream, and his soul is torn apart and everything around him seems to freeze. To sing steadily to take a high note is a matter of technique and to evoke emotions, to awaken feelings, to touch the heart, to take the most painful and not let go until the end, only a few are capable of this. Seungmin's vocals don't just stand out and remember his voice is really unique a real diamond not only in K-POP and the entire music industry.
