I really appreciate KZbin's logarithm sometimes. If it hadn't been for that, I never would have found such an amazing group with such amazing music and messages. I kept seeing stuff about My Pace and it was the first song of theirs that I listened to/watched, followed by Young Wings. I'm more into ballads and honestly those took a while to get used too since there was a lot going on with the 9 members and dancing and really strange visuals in the case of My Pace (compared to my usual ballads). Voices hooked me to them, but this song. This song always seemed to call to me and keep me coming back to it. I thought it was because of the slower pace and softer tone and the visuals, I'm sure they helped, but it was the lyrics and the message that would keep being brought to my mind even if I didn't understand why. Or maybe I did but I repressed it. I don't know, the mind is a fickle thing. This song addressed my most immediate conflict with myself, the one I didn't know how to handle and kept bringing me back into breakdowns because I never knew how to resolve it. A few days ago I had a really bad bout of self-doubt and mourning over my younger, more alive self who was so sure about what they wanted and felt such strong emotions about things. Putting this song on repeat honestly helped me feel in control again. It took some more time to come up with something to reassure myself that I wasn't just faking the emotion, the interest, the confidence, everything, but I appreciate how this song had been able to soothe me enough so I could have the time to think things through and find an answer to my problem at that time. It helped to feel like I wasn't the only one who faced this problem, that I wasn't an abomination for having to go through it. Thank you, Stray Kids, for doing this for us, for making all your songs so relatable and stepping into topics that we don't like to acknowledge out of fear and anxiety. Wish you guys all the best, keep making the world a better place!

Oh my gosh!! My favorite song is their album. I love everything about this video. They are looking so handsome. I love their black and white outfits. The song is very meaningful and full of deep lyrics that sounds so lovely. The beat sounds kind of romantic and sweet. But according to Stray Kids, the lyrics is a reference to themself, that are asking themselves what happen to their smiles, asking themselves why they are no longer smiling sometimes, cuz of some stuggles in life that we all go through. They are asking themself why they have changed to the point they don’t who they are, which is a like a reference to their album and concept: I am Who. No wonder there was a reflection of Chan and Woojin.For Chan he was sitting down and singing towards his own self. When I first heard the song, I was thinking is for the fans, regardless of their gender.
